Membership Process
Residency & Membership Requirements

Full-Time Residents: Must live in the area for at least one year.

Second Homeowners: Join the Lodge closest to your primary residence.

Visiting Members: Any Elk in good standing can visit with a current membership card.
Sponsors

Need three Elk members in good standing who have known you for at least one year.

One member will be your primary sponsor, guiding you through the process.
Application

Sponsor picks up the application from the Secretary’s office.

Complete the form with your sponsors and submit it to the Membership team or Secretary.

Applications can be hand-delivered or emailed to membership@aspenelks.org or secretary@aspenelks.org.
After Submission

Receive an email from membership@aspenelks.org with instructions.

Provide proof of full-time residence and a background check from the State of Colorado.
Waiting List

The application process can take up to a year or more.

Volunteering can help you move up the list faster.
